Abstract:The goal for this paper is to see what consequences and implications knowledge spillovers and opportunism have on the buyer-supplier relationship from the buyer perspective. In order to perform this research, a qualitative research method has been selected as the best fit (interviews). 18 business professionals ranging in background from procurement, sales and R&D have been chosen as interview partners.
