Abstract: | This study aims to develop a new reputation measurement instrument that also considers the media society. By using existing reputation measurement instruments, a new one will be formed and tested by performing a content analysis. This content analysis will be done by using news articles and tweets about two organizations. First, it will be tested whether it is possible to combine three reputation measurement instruments that do not consider the media society. After that, it will be tested whether it is possible to add one reputation measurement instrument that only considers the media society. In the end, a complete reputation measurement instrument should be developed, taking all important constructs into account. |
