Abstract: | This thesis describes how to measure the frequency response of an EMI filter on a container handler and lower the size of the filter. The primary objective is to design an optimized filter solution that effectively reduces EMI filter size. This is done by characterizing the current filter and designing a new one that has a better or similar filter response and has a lower volume. This is important because the container handlers have to be maneuverable and therefore space on a truck is limited. |
