Abstract: | This thesis was conducted at the company Witteveen+Bos (W+B). Currently, they are facing the problem that they are encountering deviations when executing a project. These deviations lead to delays, cost overruns and client dissatisfaction. Therefore, they asked what could be done to improve their current way of working and consequently minimize the occurene of deviations within their projects. The deliverable of this research entails a list of recommendations to W+B to minimize the deviations. |
