| Abstract: | HTM-Aerotec is specialised in producing high precision complex products for the aerospace and defence industry as a tier-one supplier of leading high-tech OEM companies. The primary goal of this research is to optimise the ordering policy of the forecast driven products at HTM-Aerotec such that the sum of setup cost and inventory holding cost are minimised. |
