| Abstract: | A standardized product line did not function as envisioned. A key factors were failures during the sales acquisition. An order configurator was proposed to let the customer create their own products via a rule based system. This thesis describes how the configurator should be developed, which aspects should be kept in mind and how the interface should be visualized in order to create functioning configurations. |
