Using Metrics for Sustainable Employment

The research is conducted at Achmea. The objective was to find a solution to support sustainable employment within a department of Achmea. An implementation strategy is proposed to implement a set of metrics to keep track of performance and well-being at work. With a foundation of knowledge from literature and analysis of existing problems and requirements, a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is identified, and two dashboards are designed. With these dashboards, an implementation strategy is written to maximize the effect and utilization of the metrics.
