Analyzing operational risks of the Source-to-Pay process at Nedap N.V.

This research is conducted at Nedap N.V. Nedap has an ambition to apply technology in a way that it has a tangible positive impact on people’s professional lives, by having a diverse product portfolio. The goal of this thesis is to gain insights into the source-to-pay process of the company, and analyze operational risks that are unaddressed in this process. Four comprehensive business process models are made. Moreover, we create a list of 25 unaddressed operational risks and analyze the most important three, determined by means of 19 interviews. The risks are analyzed by a quantitative analysis, and suitable recommendations are made.
