Abstract:This thesis aims to support organizations in retrieving valuable insights into the factors that drive, hinder, and enable the integration of a Circular Business Model for Aluminium. It also provides best-practice strategies to overcome barriers and leverage enablers. This would enable organizations to make a substantiated and process-wise transition towards a Circular Business Model. Such a transition can help organizations with aligning economic value creation with ecological responsibility by reduce negative environmental impact. Additionally, adopting a Circular Business Model can confer a competitive advantage, potentially leading to long-term economic benefits. This study investigates these aspects through the perspectives of sub-suppliers, suppliers, and three distinct construction companies.
