| Abstract: | In this thesis, the subject of applying social robots to pediatric pain management is examined. This work aims to explore the potential use of social robots as supportive agents for patients and provide a data collection point for social and behavioural information aimed at more accurately measuring pain in pediatric patients. While, at the same time, exploring ways to introduce the child patients to the robots and allow them to express their personal needs when it comes to the design and personality of the robot. |
