Accuracy improvement of warehouse capacity calculation using the bin packing problem

The primary goal of this research is to improve the accuracy of the capacity calculation of the warehouse. With an improved calculation, the company will have a better understanding of the capacity of the warehouse in order to stay under the predefined threshold values for the fill rate and occupancy rate. Doing so, warehouse operations are more efficient and less costly.
