Designing a KPI dashboard for the test process of tape drives at Bluetron.

Bluetron is a company specializing in life-cycle services. They experienced a throughput time that was higher than promised in one of their processes, namely the tape drive test process. To decrease the throughput time, a KPI dashboard is needed to detect bottlenecks in the process. This thesis describes guidelines for creating such a dashboard, including KPI selection, KPI visualization, Dashboard design, and Employee Acceptance. The dashboard has also been created and tested in the environment of Bluetron.
