Abstract: | At the internal healthcare department of the hospital Isala Zwolle, it is unclear how much time each internist spends on specialized and/or general patients. The aim of Isala is that each internist spends about the same amount of time on general patients, to make sure that the internist are so called 'T-shaped professionals'. This research shows how patients are divided in the past, and how the could be allocated in the future to have more balance in general patients across internists. |
