| Abstract: | This research delves into effective positioning strategies for a medium sized energy company within the emerging green hydrogen ecosystem in the Netherlands. Employing a case study methodology focused on the green hydrogen landscape, the study utilized expert interviews, document analysis, semi-structured stakeholder interviews, and a workshop featuring a representative case. The research design had a dual focus: a comprehensive analysis of the ecosystem landscape and the application of these findings to a representative case. Consequently, the study provides an insightful overview of potential effective positioning strategies that a medium-sized energy company can adopt to establish itself within the emerging ecosystem. |
