| Abstract: | The Machine Efficiency of Grolsch’ keg line lags behind the target. Therefore, we have developed a standardized method for (early) detection, ranking/selection and resolution of identified issues. This method is applicable to all packaging lines of Grolsch. In this research, the developed method is applied as a case study on the keg line. It reveals a significant increase in Grolsch’ keg line Machine Efficiency. |
