Employee skills, organizational capabilities, and data management capabilities are expected to be beneficial when leveraging external data in the context of matching supply and demand. Turnover and the performance of branded searches may be favourably impacted by a selection that skillfully responds to consumer demand via the strategic gathering and analysis of external data. The literature on organizational performance, competences, and supply-demand alignment is enhanced by this study. It sets itself apart by giving special attention to external data and offering all the tools required to use it.
