De relatie tussen teamcultuur, leeftijd en teamleren

This article presents a research study about the relationship between team culture, age and team learning. Both the relationships between team culture and team learning and age and team learning are investigated. Besides that, the mediating role of open culture on the relationship between age and team learning is researched. For testing the hypotheses, a questionnaire was used in three different organisations. Of these organisations, two are healthcare institutions, whilst the third organisation is an educational institution. Regression showed that the variance in team learning can be partially explained by the cultural dimension openness and faith. The relationship between age and team learning didn’t become clear in this research, so further investigation needs to be done in this area
