| Abstract: | This study examines the proactive personality and the process of knowledge sharing. To test the hypotheses we used multiple regression analysis. The research results show that innovative ideas mediate the relationship between a proactive personality and knowledge sharing only partially. As expected, there is a positive relationship between innovative ideas and task conflict. The results also show, as tested in a former research, that task conflict leads to personal conflict at a low team trust. However, the results show no relation between task conflict and knowledge sharing, instead of the expected positive relation. As expected there is a negative relation between relation conflict and knowledge sharing |
