Abstract:This study is about the link between entrepreneurs’ social skills and their styles of entrepreneurship. It is expected that entrepreneurs with high social skills get easier in contact with people they want to use for their benefit, than entrepreneurs with low social skills. Will this lead for the entrepreneur to a focus on selecting the possible effects that can be created with the entrepreneurs’ set of means? Or are social skills not important in processes of causation and effectuation?
