Systems Engineering op de goede weg: Naar een effectievere werkwijze.

The purpose of this research is to draw up a Systems Engineering model for civil engineering contractors. The benefit of such a model is to fill in the demand of the principals for more transparency and control over the work processes of the contractors. BAM-O wants to adjust her processes on this demand. The reason is the demand from the principals and more efficient working methods for BAM-O. To establish the improvements of the model there is need for a measuring staff.
