The Internal Electricity Market in the European Union : A process of policy learning.

The Internal Electricity Market, containing three legislative packages from 1996 to 2009, appears to be a policy learning process for the policymakers in the EU. This thesis will research whether such a process of policy learning can be detected by analyzing the three main directives focusing on the general rules on the creation of the IEM.
