| Abstract: | In this thesis a problem analysis is executed in order to find out what the issues are with a cross-functional automotive team. After the problem analysis recommendations, based on a literature search are made to solve the identified problems. These recommendations are then validated by a validation session with stakeholders at the company to come to a final conclusion of what is needed to make the cross-functional team work. |
