Abstract:Strukton Rail is a technology provider for all rail systems, with areas of expertise that include rail infrastructure, rail vehicles and mobility system. This report presents the translation from generic to specific maintenance concepts at Strukton Rail from asset management perspective. The focus is the application of Plan-do-check-Act(PDCA) loop with ISO 55000 knowledge. The comparison between ISO 55000 and actual condition is also given as an example and can be regard as a guideline to facilitate the transition from PAS 55 to ISO 55000. At the last part of the report, author points out existing problems and bottlenecks in management, and also provides guiding suggestions from personal perspective, which can be regard as the improvement of maintenance concepts.
