| Abstract: | This research looks into the possibility of implementing Scalable Agile Framework (SAFe) within Dutch government IT projects. The Large Solution configuration of SAFe is used for analysis. Besides literature research, IT professionals with experience within Dutch government IT projects have been interviewed. Required cultural changes within Dutch government have been identified and an analysis was made of different types of projects within the Dutch government. Not all Dutch government IT projects will be able to fully implement SAFe, but some features can still be implemented. Dutch government would benefit from implementing SAFe, or Agile in general. |
