Improving process efficiency by applying lean

Pentair X-Flow manufactures filtration systems and the company is experiencing a low efficiency for their beer filtration products manufacturing process. The aim of this research is to increase the efficiency by finding solutions that target the types of wastes that are the most influential to the efficiency at Pentair X-Flow. In order to target and resolve these wastes lean methods are used and moreover an implementation plan is constructed.
