Abstract: | In this research, a methodology has been created for VMI to identify the causes regarding an existing delta between the estimated and actual man hours during production. First, a literature study was performed during which several possible useful techniques were presented. Then, the general outline of the methodology was created, after which was assessed which techniques would fit into the outline of the methodology. Then, the methodology was tested and the final design was chosen. This resulted in a tailored methodology for VMI. |
