Abstract: | 4Industry is a connected worker platform, which aims to help manufacturers empower their operators to digitally manage their day-to-day tasks and have instant access to information on the shop floor so that they can do their work faster and better. However, an issue for 4Industry is the lack of a standard way to show their customers how this product can add value to their production operations. The main goal of this project is to create an analytical methodology that reflects the impact 4Industry brings to its clients in a tangible and measurable way. In the end, a KPI-based value-assessment framework is created, which can now be used to numerically evaluate the impact that 4Industry has on their client's production operations. |
