A combined method to solve the distribution centre location problem in a greenfield approach.

This thesis contains a method implemented in Visual Basic which can be used to determine optimal distribution hub location(s) in a greenfield approach. The method is a combination of a K-mean cluster analysis, centre of gravity computation and the Analytic Hierarchy Process. The combination of these methods provides a more holistic approach, in which quantitative and qualitative aspects are taken into account.
