Increasing the value of chatbot Loki for citizens

Kadaster has developed a chatbot called Loki. The goal of this chatbot is to make data from Kadaster more accessible for the citizens of the Netherlands. The chatbot however, has only been an internal experiment so far and therefore has not been tested outside of Kadaster. In this research citizens get asked about their opinion of the chatbot by conducting a survey and interviews. Together with theory from the literature, 3 solutions have been made for Kadaster with which chatbot Loki can be improved.
