In response to your inquiry : Automatic E-mail Answer Suggestion in a Dutch Contact Centre

The focus of this study is on the improvement of relevant answer suggestions. We try to tackle the answer suggestion problem by transforming the incoming e-mail (the raw question) into a normalized question (uniform way of writing, removal of non-information words, etc.).
