Allocatie van risico's : het ontwikkelen van een afwegingskader voor risicoallocatie bij geïntegreerde contracten

Clients are often insecure about the functioning and results of combined contracts. That is why clients allocate risks as much as possible with the contractor in these contracts. This might give the impression that the total costs of risks in a project are much too high. The objective of this research is to develop a framework, in which risks can be allocated between the client and contractor. This framework should lead to the decrease of total costs of risks in a project.
