This summary consists of six parts. First, an introduction to the research is given and second, a basic summary of the PGM method and the process of management are provided. Next, the main findings are presented. After this, design criteria for improved management plans are developed and these are processed into improvements in the PGM method. Finally, conclusions and recommendations are given.
