The first line manager as implementer of HRM at TNT mail : what are the challenges of effective HR implementation?

The objective of this research is to find out whether the teamcoaches at TNT mail Netherlands experince indrances that prevent them of implementing HRM effectively. These hindrances do not come by themselves and therefore, the organisatioanl context will be taken into account in order to give possible for experienced hindrances. Therefore, the main research question of this research is: Which factor do the teamcoaches at TNT mail experience as hindering in implementing HRM effectively and how do thes factors come forth out of the organisational context?
