Investigation into the optimization of the warehousing activities and logistical processes at Makro Vianen. The goal of the research is to identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of the E-Commerce fulfillment process in Vianen, to enable Makro to deal with an increasing demand and concurrently decrease operational costs.
