Which Support services deserve the focus of the incubator? A value creation perspective

In this thesis a framework has been constructed to map the value creation in tenant firms in business incubators. Both the view of the business incubator and the tenant firms are included. The framework is tested in the dutch incubation system. A hardware incubator, a software incubator and a software co-working space have been included in the sample. The difference in along the start-up process is studied and the differences between the sectors in which the incubator is active are studied.
