Scenario analysis of a ice and snow control program on the tactical level

This thesis is written as a result of a request of Twente Milieu to examine the snow and ice control plan currently employed in Enschede. The focus has been put on the usage of Operations Research techniques in order to create insights, on a tactical level, in the snow and ice control process.
