Improving performance at the Star Bottle production line : a case study at HEINEKEN

In this report we show how to improve the line performance at the Star Bottle production line at HEINEKEN B.V. Process analysis and data analysis is performed to determine the focus of this report. Furthermore a conceptual model is build. Thereafter a simulation model is build and we run several experiments. From these experiments some conclusions and recommendations are given. At the end the recommended modification is implemented.
