Off-balance financing of the fiber network at reggefiber: a case study

At Reggefiber the proposition of off-balance financing the FttH network has been researched. Interviews were held at institutional investors and KPN in order to provide an overview on the possibilities and constraints of off balance financing the network. It is possible to place the network off balance but this does imply a loss of control for KPN.
