Building a Bridgde between 'New Ways of Working'(NWW) and leadership: an empirical study in the service industry
Heuver, P. (2015)
New Ways of Working seems to change the leadership agenda. Working time and place independent leads to different behaviors of employees. Supervising styles will change from command-and-control toward goal-setting-and-trust. This Master Thesis describes the trend and provides prove and new data on the relationship between NWW and its organizational outcomes, and the effectiveness of these new supervision styles.
