Building a Bridgde between 'New Ways of Working'(NWW) and leadership: an empirical study in the service industry

Abstract:
New Ways of Working seems to change the leadership agenda. Working time and place independent leads to different behaviors of employees. Supervising styles will change from command-and-control toward goal-setting-and-trust. This Master Thesis describes the trend and provides prove and new data on the relationship between NWW and its organizational outcomes, and the effectiveness of these new supervision styles.
