A new way to process and store back office data allowing an increase in findability that results in an improved and less time-consuming process

This study is aimed at improving the findability of documents in the Livedrive of Wensink & Partners through standardisation. Standardisation is an often discussed topic in literature and has several advantages. This specific company asked how the benefits of standardisation could be achieved. After this study a new mapping for the Livedrive is produced.
