Underlying Benefits and Drawbacks of Crowdfunding from the Perspective of Entrepreneurs in Germany

Crowdfunding represents a novel method for entrepreneurs of receiving funding via the help of the crowd in the internet for their new projects or businesses. This study examines the underlying benefits and drawbacks of crowdfunding from the perspective of crowdfunding and traditional funding entrepreneurs in Germany
