Abstract:
The study focused on investigating how a specific category of computer-based serious games, called microworlds, should be designed for the study and training of dynamic decision making in team contexts. The study has been commissioned by an external stakeholder on serious games, called T-Xchange, for whom we investigated how one of their decision making games, called the Mayors game, can be made suitable for DDM study and training.
