Reducing production lead time at Zodiac Galleys Europe

In this thesis we have researched how the production lead time can be reduced at Zodiac Galleys Europe. We have selected the bottleneck process, in this case Final assembly. The root cause of the too long lead time at Final assembly is that the process is not standardised. To reduce the lead time we give a mathematical problem and a heuristic to sequence the activities optimal.
