The mismatch can be solved by methods of co-creation with the end users. GGD GHOR Kennisnet 2.0 is an online community platform mainly for professional purposes in public health and safety. The current situation is that it is not optimally used in view of several stakeholders. It needs recommendations in the form of functional requirements and persuasive features.
