Managing the organizational transition towards cloud computing

The organizational perspective of view regarding the adoption of cloud is poorly investigated leaving some gaps in literature that yet have to be explored. Though technology draws attention to large multinational organizations, their restrained in fully adopting it. There are still a lot of uncertainties and misconceptions regarding the concept of cloud, along with its benefits, challenges, risks and organizational implications. Therefore, this thesis aims to anwser the research question "how to manage the organizational transition towards cloud computing?" by the abovementioned factors and interrelating them.
