Reengineering the order to cash (OTC) process

During this bachelor research I have applied a business process reengineering methodology called the BPE method (BiZZDesign) to the current Order To Cash (OTC) process of Stork Colombia. The Order To Cash process starts from the moment an order is placed by the customer until payment is received and credited. Furthermore, I have carried out simulations to validate improvement of the to-be OTC process over the current situation, written a business case and an implementation plan. Besides this, I have also participated in a SAP ByDesign implementation which was on-going at the same time as my bachelor assignment.
