Stakeholders implementation process of the PNR directive in the Netherlands.

This thesis focusses on the implementation process of the PNR directive in the Netherlands and the involved stakeholders. This research is finished in July 2017 and therefore provides an interim analysis on the process. With the help of the salience model, the positions of the involved stakeholders are mapped and their effect on the implementation process is determined
