Getting insight of the burden of cancer survivors due to numbers and known late effects. The research will contribute to Integraal Kankercentrum Nederland(IKNL)'s Taskforce Cancer Survivorship. The TaskForce's aim is to create a knowledge gap agenda for the Netherlands on whether the late effects must be addressed or not and also in which tumors.
