Benchmarking the cleaning and textile service of top-clinical hospitals

In this master thesis, the problem present at RC contract management of the local hospital (MST) is analysed. After the analysis benchmarking is proposed for the cleaning and textile services of the hospital. The partners for benchmarking were found within in a collaboration of Dutch top-clinical hospitals. A step-by-step benchmarking plan is proposed and executed.
