Optimization of MSTpPlaster rooms : a simulation Study

The plaster rooms at MST suffer from a high number of overbooked appointments per week. Our main goal for this research was to find out how we could lower the number of overbooked appointments. As a secondary goal we want to lower the waiting time for patients and overtime for plaster technicians. In this thesis we discuss various interventions to reach those goals. We experiment with these interventions by applying them in a simulation model.
